Under our Terms and Conditions, you will not upload artwork that is: offensive, indecent, improper, could lead to civil or criminal liability under applicable laws, or any material that infringes on the intellectual or proprietary rights of others.
Intellectual Rights, Trademark, Privacy, and Infringement Policy:
We take law the seriously. If you’re seeking a design of a logo, trademark, or copyrighted material we will request proof of ownership. This can be the title or certificate of transfer. Any material that infringes on these rights can lead to civil and criminal liability and as such, you accept full legal responsibility for the content printed on your behalf. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any order that is, in our opinion, a violation of these rights without a need to disclose the reason.
Right to Refuse Service:
As mentioned above, Roccstar, Inc reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that violates any of our terms and conditions or orders we deem offensive, obscene or pornographic in nature. Roccstar, Inc. reserves the right to charge a customer for services up to the point of refusal or cancellation of service. See our refund policy for further detail.
Refund Policy (Custom direct-to-garment orders):
All sales are final. Since we customize every order to each customer’s specific needs no refunds will be given if a cancellation occurs that has already begun production. If production has not yet occurred a partial refund of print fees will issued. Refunds of labor hours and administrative fees will be subtracted from the refund. We cannot issue a partial refund for any order after 7 days from the date the order was placed.
Refund Policy (Blank clothing and apparel):
We're sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original unopened shipping package within 30 days of your order date. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic for safety reasons we can no longer safely accept returns of any items of clothing that have been removed from their packaging and/or worn. The customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to our returns and exchange center at

All feedback, suggestions, reviews, or ideas submitted via our website or by e-mail by our customers will remain the exclusive property of Roccstar, Inc. You voluntarily cease to claim all rights to comments, feedback, suggestions, reviews, or ideas. These may be used by Roccstar, Inc. in any medium for any purpose without obtaining your consent. Roccstar, Inc. is not obligated to pay, and will not pay, the person who submitted comments if said comments are published. If Roccstar, Inc. chooses to publish feedback, comments, or reviews the first name and last initial of the person will be displayed.
