Shipping & Returns

  1. All orders will be shipped out via The United States Postal Service. If there are any special requirements that you need for having your package shipped out, please feel free to leave us a comment via the comment box during checkout.
  2. Unless otherwise noted, all orders will ship out within 72 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Your shipping estimated time is the amount of time it would take your package to reach its destination after it has left our warehouses. Packages can leave our warehouses later than expected for several reasons including but not limited to whther the item in quested is a backordered product or if the item in question is a pre-ordered product
  3. Sorry, due to the nature of the items we sell we can not offer you a refund unless otherwise noted. We will however, be more than happy to replace a broken accessory or help you take care of any problems you are having with your accessory.
  4. If your item becomes defective within the first 30 days of purchase, we will be more than happy to exchange it for you or issue you a store credit. Any exchanges after 30 days will have to go through your items warranty department.
  5. Each item has a 6 month to 5 year manufacturer warranty, please save your packaging for warranty information.
  6. All defective or wrong items must obtain an authorization before returning. To receive an authorization to return your product, please email us at store@roccstar.com Any returned package without authorization will put on hold or refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
  7. All products must be returned in like new condition. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products that have suffered from visible wear or tear.
  8. All packaging must be returned with product in like new condition. Please do not send back damaged packaging.
  9. Customer is responsible for all cost of shipping items back to our offices. We do understand that each case is different and we will be more than happy to discuss the policy on a case by case basis.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
